of nutrition, which has 12 modern thermal system silos with a total grain
storage capacity of 120,000 metric tons per day, is currently looking for a
competent & professional person in the following position:
High performance Jobs post in Bashundhara group. The Post
is “Manager, Silo Management”.
Job responsibilities:
·
Manag grsin facilily
operations to provide patrons with prompt, courteous and effective service
while maintaining the efficiency necessary to achieve a maximum marging of
profit.
·
Coordinate movement
of grain, receiving, grading, loading and storage with the concerned.
·
Ensure a quality
product through regular monitoring of silos and grain by abiding proper
temperature & other parameters as per standard operating procedure.
·
Take intiative to
control & manage inventory system by using technical tools & methods.
·
Provide necessary
global informative regarding grai to different stakeholder
·
Supervise staff
through proper training & guidance.
Requirements: 5 to 6 years practical experiences in
silo/seed Management in a large company. Adequate knowledge in Lifecycle of
seed/grain.
Education: MA in Seed technology/ Graduate in Agronomy of
Agricultural related program from a recognized university.
